Billing

We can cash Currencies: NPR, USD, INR.
1. INR. Both buying and selling rate 1 INR = 1.6 NPR
2. USD. Buying rate, use Google's rate - 0.5 NPR then round up to nearest doller after division.

Buying example. If total bill is NPR 3500.
And Google rate is 1 USD = 142.07 NPR.
Rate: 142.07 - 0.5 = 141.57
3500 / 141.57 = 24.72 USD
Round up = 25 USD
```
1. USD. Selling rate, use Google's rate + 0.5 NPR then round up to nearest 5 after multiplication.

If an activity or room costs USD 110.
And Google rate is 1 USD = 142.07 NPR.
Rate: 142.07 + 0.5 = 142.57
110 x 142.57 = 15,682.7
Round up = 15685 NPR
```
1. If taken in USD, change upto USD 25 can be returned in NPR if we don't have equivalent USD to return.
Bill can be accepted in Cash, card, QR or a mixture.
If accepted cash to cash counter, must be updated in the Journal Book. Then later to Account Journal Whatsapp group.
Update Account Journal Whatsapp group including photo of the bill.
If paid using QR, verify in the hotel phone that payment was received.
If paid using QR, by Indian, mention in WhatsApp that it is an indian fonepay.
HBL's QR called MOCO pay can be used if paying by Chinese.
NMB's QR called Fonepay can be used if paying by Indians.
If paid using HBL bill,
1. Make sure to sign the merchant copy and update to Whatsapp Journal group.
2. Give the customer the customer copy slip.
3. Perform settlement (can be done after the customer departs).

If total bill was 11500. 5000 for room, 1200 for car service and remaining restaurant.
If paid 5000 using Cash and 6500 using card, update in Whatsapp group as follows:

Sales:
5000 Room. Cash
1200 Car Service. Remaining restaurant. HBL
Don't forget to also send bill and HBL slips to the group.
