The steps mentioned in this document is for when a guest books a taxi, village tour, bus ticket, ultralight or any other travel activity.
- If the guest is checked already checked in, add the item to their bill. If the cost for the activity is in USD, mention USD amount as well as converted NPR amount in the bill. Check billing for details on how to perform the conversion. For example for farm tour 2 pax, if the total is 100 USD, mention as follows:
Village Tour - Oct 1 - 2 pax 100 USD == 14530 NPR-
If the guest isn't yet checked in, add the item to their bill once the bill is issued at the time of check-in.

Add the event to Google Calendar. Make sure the notification is set well in advance. For example, if airport pickup is for 1PM, add the event for 12:30-1:00PM and set to notify 1 hour in advance so we have time to send the taxi even at the last moment.

Book the service with appropriate service vendor.

Add the activity to Notion.

If the service vendor is finalized, send a message on Account Journal WhatsApp group mentioning their payable amount and update in Notion the checkbox that says "Updated on WhatsApp".
